The adidas Yeezy Foam Runner is a molded slip-on shoe released June 26, 2020, exclusively through Kanye West's Yeezy Supply platform, marking the first Yeezy shoe manufactured in the United States. It is built from a single injected piece combining lightweight EVA foam with harvested algae, a material blend cited across multiple sources as the model's sustainability story. The design eschews conventional sneaker construction, instead featuring a sculptural, monochromatic form with rows of oval and circular perforations across the upper for ventilation, aesthetically referencing the Yeezy 700 V3. The debut Ararat colorway (style G55486) launched in a neutral cream/white tone at $75. Later colorways expanded to Sand, Onyx, and others across subsequent restocks.
