The Swoosh is black leather with a metallic gold outline. The eyelets are gold metal. The Wings logo on the heel is stitched in gold thread on the same floral fabric.
The tongue is where the collector details live. Beneath the standard Nike Air tag sits that blue and orange loop. Flip the tongue and the inner labels read "42/8/6/3" on the left shoe and "3/8/98" on the right: points, rebounds, assists, steals, and the date. Nike's own product copy, reproduced on the Limited Edt listing, promises "special packaging" too. Insoles are pink with blue and orange Nike Air branding, which is the single loudest choice on an otherwise disciplined shoe.
My take on the palette: this is the best-looking AJ1 Low OG of 2026, and I include the Sail in that. Floral jacquard on a Jordan usually reads costume. Here it works because the pattern is red on black rather than a rainbow, so from ten feet away you just see a Chicago Low with unusual texture. Up close it rewards you. That is ₹879 under the bare US conversion and more than ₹10,000 under a self-import. When was the last time you could say that about a story Jordan on release week?
The listing carries Limited Edt's "event" tag, which in their system usually means a draw or timed launch rather than open add-to-cart, so set an alert rather than assuming you can stroll in on Saturday. As of writing there is no Nike India listing we could verify, and neither VegNonVeg nor Superkicks had a product page up. If they follow, expect the same ₹13,995 since Nike India sets the number.
Sizing note: this is the Low OG build, not the standard Low. It fits like the High OG, so go true to size. If you are between sizes on Jordan 1s, go up half a size here because the jacquard overlays have less give than leather.
Is the Hype Real? Yes, but Not for Flipping
StockX already has the page live for IR0088-001 with the $155 retail and style code, but market data shows only loading placeholders and the shoe has not released, so there is no real resale number to report yet. Anyone quoting you a premium this week is pricing your impatience, not the market. Reason from comparables instead: AJ1 Low OGs in 2026 have been sell-throughs, not sellouts. Hyped enough to move on day one, not hyped enough to double.
Honestly, that is the right outcome. This is a wear-them shoe. The story lives inside the tongue and on the heel, which means you have to actually put it on for anyone to notice. Buy it at ₹13,995 from an authorised Indian retailer, wear it with straight black denim or olive cargos so the red floral does the talking, and let the Chicago colour blocking carry it through everything from a Delhi winter to a Mumbai monsoon. Skip the resale market entirely on this one. If Limited Edt sells through, wait for the inevitable second wave through Nike India rather than paying a grey-market Instagram seller ₹18,000 for a shoe that costs less at retail than it does in Manhattan.
Jordan wore shoes that hurt for one more night because they meant something. The least you can do is buy this pair in your actual size.
