NBA x Crocs Crocband Clog Collection: Five Teams, $75, and What It Means for India

Crocs opened the 2026-27 NBA season with five team clogs at $75 a pair, built on the Crocband shape rather than the Classic. Here is what is in the box, which team to pick, and why no one can quote you an India price yet.

Five clogs, five teams, one price: $75. Crocs timed the NBA collection to opening night of the 2026-27 season, October 20, 2026, and the pairs cover the Los Angeles Lakers, Boston Celtics, Chicago Bulls, Golden State Warriors and New York Knicks.

The twist is the shape. Sneaker Bar Detroit and Just Fresh Kicks both stress that this is the Crocband Clog, a different look from the Classic Clog most people picture. It is a laceless clog with a redesigned heel strap that uses fabric where it connects to the shell, and every pair carries NBA and Crocs branding on the strap and footbed.

The five pairs and their style codes

The style codes run in a tidy sequence, which makes them easy to search. Sole Retriever's breakdown lists them this way: Celtics 212799-90H, Lakers 212800-90H, Warriors 212801-90H, Knicks 212802-90H and Bulls 212803-90H. All five are sold in men's sizing, through Crocs and select retailers, online and in store.

Each team gets its own treatment. The Celtics pair is green with a clover separator on the midsole and a brass team button. The Lakers pair is purple with a gold midsole and a black outsole. The Knicks pair is blue with an orange sole unit and a button showing the 2012 logo. The Warriors pair is a slightly deeper blue than the Knicks, with a golden-yellow midsole and a California state graphic. And the Bulls pair is black with red pinstripes, which Sole Retriever ties to the Jordan era.

The Jibbitz counts differ too. Sole Retriever reports five charms on the Bulls pair, six on the Lakers and seven on the Warriors, the most in the collection. House of Heat adds that each pair fits up to 26 Jibbitz in total, so there is room to keep building.

This is not the first NBA Crocs

The league and the brand go back a long way. In a February 21, 2008 announcement, Crocs said it was adding NBA-branded footwear and Jibbitz charms to its licensing business, with logo rights covering all 30 teams. The first shoes included a cold-weather Mammoth model, planned for the 2008-2009 season.

Eighteen years on, the pitch has flipped. In 2008 the shoes were the product and the team colour was decoration. In 2026 the Jibbitz are half the point. Individual team logo charms cost $2, and five-piece packs of premium metal charms cost $20, according to Sneaker Bar Detroit, and charms are available for all 30 franchises. House of Heat also notes the clogs only cover five teams, unlike the NFL Crocs collection, which has a pair for every team. If your team is the Heat or the Spurs, you can buy the charm but not the clog.

Crocband versus Classic: which one do you want?

Here is my take. The Classic Clog is the shape most people picture when they hear Crocs. The Crocband is the sportier cousin, and a fabric heel strap looks like a practical change, since a strap that flexes on fabric should cope better than a plain moulded hinge, though I have not tested that. The strap on these pairs also carries the NBA logo, so it does double duty as branding.

If you already own Classic clogs with Jibbitz, the Crocband will feel familiar and the charms will move across. If you want the biggest silhouette and the loudest colour, the Classic still wins. For a team pair that people will recognise from across a room, though, the sidewall lettering on the Crocband does more work than a charm ever could. You can see it clearly in the photos: the team name runs the whole length of the sidewall.

India: what we know and what we do not

I could not find a confirmed India listing or price for this collection. So I will not give you an invented rupee figure. What I can do is show the anchors. At ₹94.995 to the dollar (open.er-api.com, updated 21 October 2026), $75 converts to about ₹7,125 before any duty. I did not run the duty maths, because a molded Croslite clog falls under a different customs line than the leather-footwear one I verified, and quoting the wrong stack would mislead you.

For context, the Crocs collab Classic Clogs in our India price tracking run from about ₹6,295 to ₹7,995, with a Mario pair at ₹7,995 and a Spider-Man pair near ₹6,995. A straight conversion of the NBA price lands inside that band. That is a rough guide to what a fair Indian ticket would look like, not a promise of one. Our guide to buying Crocs collabs in India covers where to check authenticity.

Resale and sizing

Resale: the collection went on sale on October 20, so there is no sold-pair history I can verify yet. I am not going to guess a premium. Clogs at $75 are not usually flip material, but until sales data exists that is a view, not a number.

On sizing, the Lakers outsole photo shows the size mark as M9 and W11. Crocs prints men's and women's sizes together, and the collection is sold in men's sizing, so women should look at the men's size two numbers lower than their usual women's size. Always check the chart on the listing you are buying from.

Which pair would I buy?

The Bulls, easily. The red pinstripes look like nothing else in the set, and the red midsole with team lettering is the loudest detail on any of the five. The Lakers are the safest and the Celtics the cleanest. The Knicks and Warriors blues are close enough that I would pick based on the midsole colour alone. Honestly, the $2 charms are the best value in the whole drop.
