We built SNKRS CART because the Indian sneaker market had a trust problem. Grey market sellers, replica risk, customs uncertainty, overpriced middlemen. The platform exists to solve those problems specifically for Indian buyers who want authentic pairs at fair prices with reliable delivery.
Step 1 — Finding Your Shoe and Size
Browse the catalogue at snkrscart.com/products or by brand: Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, and Crocs. Each product page shows available sizes in US sizing, current price in INR, and stock status.
Size guide for Indian buyers: US sizing runs 1.5–2 sizes larger than Indian sizing conventionally. A US 9 corresponds to approximately an Indian 42–43. Our product pages show size availability in US sizing — if you need conversion help, WhatsApp us before placing the order.
All sizes shown as "In Stock" are physically in our possession and verified before listing. We don't list pairs we can't ship immediately.
Step 2 — Authentication: What We Check Before Every Dispatch
Every pair that ships from SNKRS CART goes through a multi-point authentication check. For Jordan and Nike models, we verify: box and shoe label match (SKU, size, colourway code); stitching quality and tension on key authentication points (toe cap, heel tab, tongue label); sole construction and midsole stamp; and tag/insole alignment and print quality.
For Adidas: Three-Stripe consistency, outsole pattern, boost foam density (where applicable), and EAN barcode verification.
We reject pairs that don't pass. We don't ship "borderline" pairs. If we're not certain, we don't list it. This is non-negotiable — our reputation is built on this commitment, and the Indian sneaker market has enough uncertainty without us adding to it.
Step 3 — Payment Options
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS/RTGS), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pin codes. UPI is the fastest — your order is confirmed and moves to dispatch the same day. COD adds 1–2 days for confirmation before dispatch.
We do not accept international cards or crypto. All pricing is in INR. No hidden charges — the price you see on the product page is what you pay, including free shipping.
Step 4 — Shipping and Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch, pan-India. We use tracked courier services — tracking number sent to your WhatsApp and email within 24 hours of dispatch. Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad) typically see 2–4 business day delivery. Tier 2 and 3 cities: 5–7 business days.
Packaging: shoes shipped in original box, bubble-wrapped, placed in a secure outer box. The original box arrives undamaged. We know collectors care about box condition — so do we.
Step 5 — Returns and What to Do if Something Is Wrong
We have a 2-day return window on damaged or incorrect items. If you receive the wrong shoe, a damaged box, or a pair that doesn't match the listing, WhatsApp us at +91-94109-03791 within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll sort it — replacement or full refund, no questions.
We don't accept returns for "I changed my mind" or sizing errors where the correct size was delivered as ordered. The size guide is available before purchase, and our team answers size questions on WhatsApp before you commit. Use that resource.
